Grasp the Golden Tip
Manage irrigation well
Strong and golden rice
For a victorious harvest season
The premature cessation of rainy days and the onset of widespread droughts weigh heavily on the minds of rice farmers.
Thus, today, Ca Mau Fertilizer extends a hand to farmers, presenting the Golden Tips of "Alternate Wetting and Drying Irrigation." This method not only conserves water in arid climates but also fosters robust root growth and prevents lodging:
In the initial week post-sowing, maintain moisture levels to avert desiccation (fostering the healthy growth of rice seedlings while curbing weed growth). Subsequently, maintain a water depth of 3-5 cm across the field for the first fertilizer application, also serving to suppress weed growth during this phase. Around 18-22 days post-sowing, farmers are advised to administer NPK Ca Mau Golden Season 1 or NPK Ca Mau 20-15-7, boasting high Nitrogen & Phosphorus formula, at a dosage of approximately 150-200 kg/ha/application.
Between days 25 and 40 post-sowing, as rice plants commence branching and attain peak growth, the majority of ineffective shoots typically manifest during this period, warranting only sufficient water supply. Maintain the water level in the field from ground level to 15cm below ground surface (installing plastic tubes with side perforations, marked every 5cm for monitoring). Should the water level dip below the 15cm threshold, pump water to the field, ensuring it remains a maximum of 5cm compared to the ground level. Farmers are encouraged to apply NPK Ca Mau Goldren Season 2, at a rate around 120 - 160 kg/ha, featuring diverse formulas and elevated Nitrogen & Potassium proportions, fortifying rice plants against lodging.
As the water gradually recedes below the 15cm mark, continue pumping water into the field. This water management technique substantially diminishes water consumption in rice farming amidst dry conditions, increasing yields at the end of the season.
With the "Alternate Wetting and Drying Irrigation" regulation technique from Ca Mau Fertilizer, we hope that this year's Winter-Spring Crop will truly be a GOLDEN HARVEST SEASON for rice farmers.
