Morning of August 3, 2021 at the Conference Hall of Ca Mau Province’s Party Committee, Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (PVCFC) represented by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung - Deputy General Director of PVCFC awarded 1 billion Vietnamese dong on the occasion of the launching ceremony of the peak period of donations and support for Covid-19 epidemic revention and control (phase 2). The ceremony was attended by provincial leaders, representatives of provincial departments, news agencies. 

Since Covid-19 epidemic took place and became more complicated, Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has been an active enterprise that accompanies meaningful programs locally in particular as well as nationwide to contribute to the fight against epidemics. Not long ago, the Company transferred 5 billion Vietnamese dong to Vietnam's Vaccine Fund and now 1 billion Vietnamese dong into the prevention program, Ca Mau province's anti-epidemic fight with the heart towards the compatriots, joint determination to fight the pandemic.

Having to maintain production and business in complicated disease conditions, Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company’s employees have made more than 100% efforts to promptly supply products to serve people while ensuring income to pay Ca Mau province’s budget. At the end of July, PVCFC's employees were also vaccinated with the first dose of vaccine according to Ca Mau province’s general program, contribute together with the province to achieve the dual goal of both economic development associated with long-term Covid-19 epidemic prevention and control.

Sharing Ca Mau province about epidemic prevention and control, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung expressed his understanding of difficulties, hardships, lack of equipment, medical supplies at the local level and also human resources who are on duty at the frontline against epidemics in remote areas such as Ca Mau province. As a unit stationed in the area, always interested in social security matters, including the medical field. Recently, Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has also supported the funds for disease prevention and control for localities in remote, difficult and disadvantaged areas.
