Attending the handover ceremony on the side of Ca Mau province were Mr. Tran Van Hien - Chairman of the Ca Mau Fatherland Front, Mr. Nguyen Minh Luan - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung - Director of the Department of Health. On the side of Ca Mau Fertilizer, Mr. Tran Chi Nguyen - Deputy General Director attended and presented gifts.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Deputy General Director Tran Chi Nguyen shared with the leaders of Ca Mau province about the Group's production and business situation in general and Ca Mau Fertilizer in particular in the first 10 months of the year. In the difficult context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Group has basically completed many targets and plans set forth, making an important contribution to the state budget revenue, demonstrating the great efforts of the Group and the member units including the efforts of more than 1,500 petroleum workers in the Cape.

In addition to noteworthy business results, the Group continues to show its responsibility to the community, join hands, contribute and accompany the whole country to actively participate in the prevention and control of the Covid pandemic. As of early November 2021, the Petrovietnam has spent more than VND 1,000 billion participating in the prevention of Covid-19, contributing to the Vaccine Fund, supporting ministries, branches and localities with valuable equipment, medical supplies such as ventilators, ambulances, etc. to support disease prevention and control.

Along with the guideline from the Group, PVCFC has spent up to VND 31 billion to sponsor social security activities in the province and VND 6 billion for epidemic prevention and control. In addition to deducting from the company fund, there are also contributions from all the employees.
On behalf of the Group's leaders, Deputy General Director Tran Chi Nguyen hopes that the support of the Group and Ca Mau Fertilizer will contribute to helping Ca Mau province well perform patient care and effective service in the long-term anti-epidemic prevention.
