Mr. Van Tien Thanh has many years of experience in management roles at some units in the Oil and Gas industry such as:
  • Head of Quality Management team, Deputy Head of Technical Department - Phu My Fertilizer Plant Project Management Board;
  • Construction engineering at Toan Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City;
  • Deputy Head of Investment - Construction Department; Deputy Head of the Moroccan Project Department;
  • Head of Ca Mau Service - PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (PVFCCo);
  • Deputy Head of Technical Committee of K-Đ-Đ Ca Mau Project Management Board;
  • Since 2011, he has held the position of Deputy General Director at Ca Mau Fertilizer Limited Liability Company.
